The Pedigree Jazz Band– Led by Chris Walker this fabulous band amazed the audience at Torquay in 2018.

Chris Walker  presented a weekly Jazz Programme broadcast by radio stations all over the world for over 30 years. However he is also a very fine musician and was a founder member of the famous Real Ale and Thunder Band, who’s many T.V appearances, included a “Songs of Praise” for the BBC.

A while ago he decided to get back to his roots and recreate the hit tunes of the British “Trad Jazz” boom of the 50’s and 60’s. To do this he formed The Pedigree Jazz Band. In their show “SALUTE TO TRAD JAZZ they play the most popular tunes of the era, such as ‘Midnight in Moscow’, ‘Petite Fleur’, ‘Green Leaves Of Summer’ and many others. The band has proved to be a resounding success, with rave reviews and repeat bookings from nearly everywhere they perform.

Hence they now tour extensively, and if you miss them when they are in your area, you will miss out on a great show.

New Orleans Heat –Led by Barry Grummett on Piano this band is sure to get you dancing the night away, Barry is joined by Dave Vickers on Trombone – one of the finest Trombone players in the UK.

New Orleans Heat

The Eagle Jazz Band –The band is led by Clarint & Sax Player Matt Palmer, this band is one of the very best from Nottingham, England, and you are sure to be entertained throughout the show. Of course the band has a funny man as well look out for Peter Brown.

Washington Whirligig Jazz Band –Fronted by the Reeds Man David Hepworth is this 5 piece band from Barnsley which features Liz Hepworth onBass, Andy Brammall on Guitar, Wil Robinson Trumpet & Rob Cottrell on Drums.

Everyone's favourite vocalist of jazz, blues & gospel numbers, will be present at Blackpool 2020 for the whole weekend to perform with each of the bands and go through her repetoire of classic hits we have all come to love over the years. Take a trip down memory lane with the classics Dr Jazz, Running Wild, Royal Telephone, It is no secret & of course Feel my Leg. Christine is making a very rare trip up North so come and see one of the great performers in the jazz world.
