Terms & Conditions for all Venture Away Music Weekends:

1. All Deposits of £50 per person are non-refundable.
2. All balances for any Music weekend is due 10 weeks prior to the event.
3. We are unable to refund final balances that have been paid within 10 weeks of the event. If you cancel 70 days or more before the event start date you will just lose your deposits of £50 per person. If you cancel within 70 days of the event start date then you will forfeit your full payment of the weekend.
4. Venture Away is a business and cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policies. All cancellations are mainly down to illness, please make sure that you have the appropriate holiday insurance in place when booking one of our weekends, so that in the unlikely event you need to cancel due to illness, you can make a claim with your insurance company. Venture Away is happy to provide any letters you may need as proof of booking for your insurance claim.
